Vibrant Marlesbury Awnings for Moyses Stevens Flowers, Chelsea
Pavilion Road, one of the more vibrant locations London has to offer, is in no short supply of charming businesses. Among them is Flowers by Moyses Stevens. Since 1876, this Chelsea staple has been creating unique bouquets for its loyal customers. When they approached us ahead of the heatwave in need of shade for their shopfront, we knew the awning had to stand out.

The Marlesbury Awning was the obvious choice; an Art Nouveau-inspired design seemed fitting for the renowned florist. Yellow-and-white-striped fabric was selected by the client, flowing seamlessly from the cover to the scalloped valance. Timber painted and metalwork powder-coated in white to match the shopfront, the final addition to the awnings is the branding; the ornate ‘Flower Bar’ word mark was hand-applied to each valance using our RAGS branding system, allowing these beautiful awnings to double as signage for the business. The result is a triptych of awnings that perfectly reflect the atmosphere of the building they sit upon.

As with everything we manufacture, these awnings were forged in our East London workshop, ensuring all components are purpose-built for the Flower Bars’ requirements.
