Although our awnings are typically made to the traditional box blind model, The Victorian Awning Company has a joinery department with skilled craftspeople who will customise awning boxes to match unusual original awning furniture on site.
This is often necessary to meet historical aesthetic requirements. In fact, some of these bespoke designs are so attractive that we have added them to our standard awning box portfolio. These designs may feature scalloped cheeks and profiled front laths and are particularly striking when installed on historic homes and other traditional buildings.
