Traditional Victorian Restaurant Awnings for Gordon Ramseyʼs York and Albany

We are often asked to install our traditional restaurant awnings on a building of historical value. One such request was for Gordon Ramsey’s York and Albany Hotel. This beautiful converted coach-house was designed by the famous Regency architect John Nash in 1827.

For this beautiful structure, we constructed three separate restaurant awnings consistent with the original methods of the times. There was one important addition to this otherwise authentic awning, hidden away inside this exquisite awning is a sophisticated motor, enabling remote control from inside the hotel – a perfect match of new and old.
