Traditional Victorian Awnings for Ireland

Our Traditional Awnings Can Now Be Designed And Installed In Ireland

Dublin was the second city of The Empire up to 1922. It boomed in the Victorian times along with Cork, Limerick and Belfast. On main streets Victorian type awnings were used in all shop-fronts and pavilion type structures.

There is ample evidence of a resurgence in Victorian type awnings being used throughout the country. Some of the older shop fronts still have the original awning cassettes in place, such as Moderne and Brown Thomas in Cork.

The Victorian awning is the awning favoured by local authorities throughout Ireland as the awning for use in commercial and domestic applications. They are used in conservation, new build and heritage towns.

Our partners in Ireland have a full design, survey and installation service with fitters based in Cork, Wicklow and Sligo. They cover the whole country both North and South.
